Mark
H. Guttman, B.S.C.E., P.E. E-Mail Mark graduated from the University of South Florida in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida. During his five years
of engineering experience, Mark has completed numerous projects of
varying disciplines. These projects have included commercial site design,
residential subdivision design, traffic studies, land use planning,
storm water management, and infrastructure design. In addition to his experience with civil projects, he also has experience with residential and commercial structural engineering. His structural projects range from small room additions to multistory luxury homes.
