Offers his extensive background in over 25 years of civil engineering, structural engineering, governmental regulation, construction, FDOT condemnation cases, land development, and expertise on a one-on-one basis. As President of Nicholson Engineering Associates, Inc., with his ability to communicate and mediate controversial issues,  Mr. Nicholson has obtained a number of major clients who entrust him with all environmental, structural engineering, site engineering, growth management and land use issues in Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, Sumter, Pinellas, Levy, Marion, and Hillsborough counties. 

Mr. Nicholson is currently the Spring Hill Rotary President and is a member of the Florida Building Commission.
